Distance Sales Contract
Parties
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the following parties:

Buyer:
The customer who places an order electronically via the website www.saruhanmakina.com (“Website”).
1. Subject
This Agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale of the product(s) listed below, ordered by the Buyer through the Website.
2. Product Information
Product descriptions, technical specifications, prices, and other relevant information are provided on the Website by the Seller. The Buyer is responsible for reviewing the product information prior to placing an order.
3. Order and Delivery
3.1. The Buyer completes an order by selecting the desired products from the Website, adding them to the cart, and providing the necessary information. Upon confirmation of the order, a sales contract is established between the parties.
3.2. After verifying the order and payment, the Seller shall arrange for the delivery of the product(s) to the specified delivery address.
3.3. Delivery time may vary depending on stock availability, the delivery address, and the performance of the courier company. The Seller is responsible for informing the Buyer about the estimated delivery time.
3.4. Upon delivery, the Buyer must inspect the package and the products for any damage. In the event of damage or missing items, a report must be filed with the delivery personnel.
4. Price and Payment
4.1. Product prices are listed on the Website and do not include VAT or shipping fees unless stated otherwise.
4.2. The Buyer must complete payment using the preferred payment method (Bank Transfer/EFT) during checkout. The Seller will proceed with the order once payment is received.
4.3. If the Buyer selects iyzico as the payment method, transactions will be securely processed via the iyzico platform, which protects the Buyer’s credit card and other payment details. Once payment is approved, the purchase amount will be collected. Further details on the payment process are available on the iyzico platform.
4.4. In case of any issues during payment, the Seller reserves the right to contact the Buyer and request necessary corrections.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions
5.1. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. Details on the withdrawal process are available on the Website.
5.2. Returned products must be sent back in their original packaging, complete, and undamaged.
5.3. Refunds will be made using the same payment method originally used by the Buyer. Refunds will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved.
6. Privacy Policy
The Seller commits to keeping the Buyer’s personal information confidential. Personal data will be protected and used in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction
In case of any disputes arising from the implementation of this Agreement, the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Konya, Turkey shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
8. Confirmation
The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and accepted the entire content of this Agreement.
This Agreement is concluded electronically with the mutual consent of the parties.
