How thick is the liquid? Does it foam? Is it sensitive?

For example:

  • For volatile products like oxidant, the filling speed should be reduced,
  • For viscous products like shampoo, a piston filler or transfer pump should be used,
  • For low-viscosity liquids like cologne, flow meters should be used for accurate dosing.

So, before starting production, prepare a technical data sheet for your product that includes:

Viscosity, density, filling temperature, pH level, foaming tendency…
This information will determine the type of filling system and the other machinery you need.

2. What Machines Does a Basic Line Consist Of?

To build a compact, low-budget, yet professional production line, you will need four essential machines:

    This is the core of your production line. Choose a filling technology that matches your product’s viscosity and sensitivity.
  2. Capping Machine
    Whether it’s a screw cap, flip-top, pump, or trigger – consistent and reliable capping is crucial for hygiene and sealing.

    A properly labeled product builds brand value. Even small-scale production deserves precise and professional labeling.
  4. Conveyor System
    To connect all machines smoothly and ensure a continuous flow in your production process.

Optional but valuable additions:
